These terms govern your use of ClackLab, the browser-based keyboard and mouse testing platform. By using the site you accept them.
The service
ClackLab provides free interactive tests that run in your browser. No account, payment or download is required. The service is provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Accuracy of results
Test results are estimates derived from browser events such as keydown and pointer events, measured with the browser's performance timing interfaces. They are excellent for comparing your own performance and your own hardware, and they are not laboratory instruments. Chatter, latency and polling figures in particular are estimates, as each tool's guide explains. Do not rely on them for professional or certification-grade measurement.
Fair use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to attempt to overload it with automated traffic, and not to use automated tools to distort scores or leaderboards if community features are introduced.
Content
The site's text, design and code belong to their authors. Your test results belong to you, and they are stored only in your own browser.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.
